The house is located in a small complex with secure, the house associated parking. Every house in the system are max. 2 floors. For quick lap swimming in between, you go into the swimming pool is open depending on the weather from May to late autumn. The center and the marina is just a walk of under 10 minutes, either directly to the lagoon, or on the local road.

Your daily shopping is done in about 4 minutes by foot: then you will reach a large, well-stocked supermarket, a bakery, a fish shop, a small newspaper shop and a wine shop. In the village itself you will find a variety of smaller food stores, as well as several different supermarkets.
